Plan and execute fundraising dinners, donor campaigns, and sponsorship drives.
Manage donor relations, recognition programs, and communication of impact.
Coordinate with Finance Committee on fund allocation, transparency, and compliance.
Liaise with architects, contractors, and city officials for capital projects.
Recommend phased investment plans and growth opportunities aligned with HTCC’s mission.
Enhance HTCC’s visibility and credibility through professional communications and regional collaboration.
Build partnerships with temples, cultural and civic organisations, and interfaith groups in the Kansas City region and beyond.
Manage newsletters, press releases, and social media outreach.
Develop communication templates for events, donor campaigns, and community announcements.
Liaise with local media, government agencies, and regional cultural/religious organizations.
Lead the Regional Collaboration Liaison function to coordinate joint programs, advocacy, and cultural exchanges.
Support other committees in promoting their activities and maintaining consistent branding.
Strengthen HTCC’s community presence through seva (selfless service), volunteerism, and member engagement.
Encourage participation, inclusivity, and a culture of compassion in the community.
Maintain membership database (Fellow, Life, Annual, Patron).
Organize community service programs — food drives, blood donations, disaster relief, interfaith seva.
Lead volunteer recruitment, training, and appreciation events.
Represent HTCC at civic, humanitarian, and interfaith events.
Coordinate temple’s participation in local community initiatives (Adopt-a-Street, Health Fairs, etc.)
Support youth and family-based seva engagement.
Maintain temple facilities and ensure safety, compliance, and readiness across all HTCC premises.
Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all devotees and visitors.
Manage building upkeep, parking, utilities, and vendor contracts.
Conduct safety audits, fire inspections, and coordinate with police/fire for major festivals.
Oversee child safety, risk management logs, and compliance with city permits.
Ensure timely repairs, maintenance, and event logistics readiness.
Coordinate with Temple Manager for daily facility and safety operations.
Lead HTCC’s digital transformation, technology modernization, and communication strategy to enhance efficiency, transparency, and community engagement.
Manage all temple tech platforms including website, email, donations, accounting, and live streaming
Lead digital modernization through automation, QuickBooks, e-approvals, and secure data integration
Support outreach and innovation by coordinating digital media and recommending new technologies for temple growth
Ensure the temple kitchen operates efficiently and hygienically while supporting religious and community events.
Manage kitchen scheduling for events and daily operations.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with county health standards.
Oversee purchase of supplies and inventory management.
Support catering for religious events, rentals, and community programs.
Ensure all religious activities, festivals, and rituals at HTCC are conducted with devotion and accuracy.
Adherence to Hindu traditions.
Plan and manage daily pujas, weekly rituals, and major festivals.
Coordinate priest schedules and availability.
Oversee procurement of puja materials and supplies.
Gather community feedback for continuous improvement.
To provide structured cultural, educational, and youth-development programs

Promote & organize classes such as language,performing arts, philosophy, and yoga.
Manage cultural performances during festivals (e.g., Republic day, Diwali, Holi, Janmashtami).
Oversee HTCC Education
Conduct heritage workshops, lecture series, and youth leadership sessions.
Partner with PCOM for integrating religious education and rituals awareness.
